Manuel Antonio Land TouringCosta Rica
Considered to be the Jewel of the National Parks within Costa Rica, the white sand beaches slope gently into the calm, crystal clear water of the Pacific. In the Park, you can observe some of the rarest and most fascinating animal life in the world or enjoy a number of exciting optional tours. Optional Tours in Manuel Antonio include: Naranjo River Whitewater Rafting A class III/IV half day challenge for more experienced paddlers, this river drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, through a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level by farmlands and palm plantations. Water levels can rise quickly, increasing the difficulty of the rapids, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous.
Scuba Diving Now you can enjoy all the amenities and fine dining of the beautiful resort towns of Quepos and Manuel Antonio and at the same time, experience the fantastic underwater world of the Pacific Ocean. We offer one, two or three tank dive trips on a daily basis and night dives conditions permitting. Because of the high nutrient content of the water, the abundance and variety of marine life off the coast of Quepos and Manuel Antonio is impressive. See Humpback Whales, Dolphins, Reef Sharks, Giant Manta Rays, Sting Rays, Octopus, Turtles, Groupers, Angels, Moorish Idols, Trumpet fish, Eels, huge schools of Barracuda, Jacks, Grunts, and much more.
