Mabul Water Bungalows consists of 14 exotic buildings built on high quality stilts over the calm, clear waters of the Celebes Sea. Owned by Sipadan Mabul Resort, these deluxe units were completed in June 2005, offering visitors the most private and comfortable accommodation in the area.
 Each of the water bungalows is exquistely furnished with beautiful contemporary decore. Equipped with remote control air-conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot/cold shower and toilet, colour TV with satellite channels, mini bar and an in-room safe, you have all the amenities of a first class resort. Relax and enjoy your very spacious private balcony after an amazing day of diving. Each bungalow offers panoramic vistas of the clear blue sea and the palm fringed island of Mabul.
 Mabul Water Bungalows has a large and airy restaurant for dining, lounge areas and gazebos for relaxing. Their souvenir shop sells a variety of t-shirts, accessories and gifts and there is a business center with internet service for those who need to keep connected. The Dive shop is also conveniently located, offering 3 boat dives daily and unlimited shore and night shore diving at Mabul.
 After an exciting day of diving, pamper yourself with a relaxing massage or signature spa treatment at the newly opened and very luxurious Ka'andaman spa. Guests of Mabul Water Bungalows also have access to the resort facilities at Sipadan Mabul Resort which is just a short 5 minute walk across the island. Enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, or have a cocktail on the white sand beach while enjoying the view of Sipadan Island, which is only 15 minutes away.
Diving Details
Mabul Water Bungalows offer 3 boat dives daily, 2 at Sipadan Island and a 3rd at Mabul or Kapalai Islands. Unlimited shore and night shore diving on Mabul Island is included. Night boat diving is also offered at an additional cost. Mabul Water Bungalows also offers Nitrox and Technical Diving, E-6 Slide Processing and Videography.
